What We Do:
Provide Parts, Service and Repair for common outdoor power equipment.  Mowers, Blowers, Snow Throwers and commercial handheld equipment.  Specializing in commercial equipment in particular.  We can obtain most repair parts in a day or two if not in stock.  Sorry, we don't currently sell new equipment, just the stuff to keep them going.


O'Neill Pro Power Equipment Parts And Repair, LLC formed in the summer of 2014 and gradually opened for business beginning September. My name is Robert (Bobby) O'Neill, my wife Jennifer and I are the managing members of the business. I have been involved in power equipment since the mid 1970's as a teenager repairing mowers for friends, neighbors and school staff while attending Eli Whitney State Vocational School. At age 18 was hired by Frenettes Lawn Mower Shop in Hamden and learned the importance of the relationship between customers and business. I worked and learned under owner David Borsari. Dave showed me the importance of doing repairs right. If a repair was not right, it was made right, no matter what. He also showed me commitment to customers. Working late, driving all over Connecticut, whatever it took to meet the customers needs. After nearly 15 years I started a small lawncare business and left to pursue working outdoors. I returned to Frenettes in 2012 and worked the parts counter and as a mechanic, rekindling relations with old customers as well as new customers. I formed this new venture to be closer to family and home. It is located less than a mile from my home.  It took over a month to set up the building and I am now in the process of acquiring inventory, parts and supplies related to the operation and repair of outdoor power equipment.  I welcome any and all potential customers in need of parts, supplies or repairs of most common brands of equipment.  We will be gradually stocking inventory and staff to meet the needs of customers as needed.  Please feel free to contact us via this website, phone, or stop in to request service or parts and supply needs.
